Search, enquire, and book direct from owners — no brokers, no surprise fees.

For renters and buyers

  1. Browse by locality, category, BHK, or budget. Every listing has photos, exact rent or price, and amenities upfront.
  2. Open a listing to see full details, owner profile, and locality information.
  3. Sign in with your mobile number and an OTP to send an enquiry. We'll never sell or display your number publicly.
  4. Chat directly with the owner. Schedule a visit, negotiate, and book — entirely inside HireZ.

For owners and vendors

  1. Post your listing with photos, price, and amenities. Our category forms walk you through the right fields.
  2. Get verified — basic verification is free; premium verification adds an on-site visit.
  3. Receive enquiries with notifications. Reply directly inside HireZ.
  4. Manage bookings from your dashboard — accept, decline, or reschedule.

Why no broker fees

HireZ is built around a simple idea: owners and renters/buyers should meet directly. We don't take a cut of rent or sale price, and we don't charge brokerage on either side. That keeps prices honest and transparent.
