Learn how to permanently terminate your HIRE account and understand the implications regarding your profile data, active listings, and historical records.

Warning: Deletion is Permanent

Submitting an account deletion request will result in the permanent removal of your profile data, past listing history, saved items, and wallet balances (if applicable). This action is final and cannot be undone once processed.

01How to Request Deletion

We offer two secure pathways to request the definitive removal of your platform identity. Choose the method that fits your access tier:

In-App Method

The quickest, self-serve mechanism available via mobile application builds.

  1. Open HIRE App
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap "Delete Account"

Email Verification

Direct support validation for users unable to sign into visual applications.

Draft an email request specifying:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Content: Please delete user profile

Must originate from registered email ID.

Once operations approve the deletion payload, the platform purges active datasets tying records to your physical identity:

Note: Public-facing nodes cached externally by generic Search Engine indexes might briefly remain visible until crawler inventories cycle independently.

4. Processing Time & SLAs

Standard verification cycles take typically 7 business days to propagate globally across server replication zones.

Upon complete detachment, the platform transmits a conclusive exit notification dispatch (via your original email node) marking deployment cycle success.
